2. Ask your network first: Post the scope as an ask on Propel and in one room. People who were introduced stay longer.
3. A paid trial task: Two or three people do a small paid piece. You pick on the work, not the interview.
4. A simple contractor agreement: Scope, rate, who owns the work, how either side ends it.
