HOW THE EVENING RUNS
6 to 7 PM. Open networking at the bar. Nothing programmed. This is where most of the introductions we made for you actually happen.
6:45 PM. Panel admission doors. Presentations only.
7 PM. Presentations. Family offices take three minutes each to say what they are looking for, what they have already backed, and what a good introduction to them looks like. The pitching runs in the other direction. You listen first, then you know exactly who to walk up to.
8 PM. The private tables open. Sit down, order dinner from the kitchen, and keep the conversation going. Or go back to the bar and work the room.
THE ROOM. A private space with round tables, which is the whole reason the format works. You can see every person in it from where you are sitting.
WHAT FEATURED VIP BUYS. Priority seating for the presentations, up front. And the microphone: every Featured VIP gets at least one minute to tell the room who they are and what they are looking for. If you are a family office, you get the full three.
WHAT YOU GET. A seated room, curated by hand. An introduction made for you before you arrive, with the reason attached. The guest list in advance.
WHAT IT REQUIRES. Tell us what you are looking for when you register, in one paragraph. That paragraph is what we match on. A blank one gets you a chair and nothing else.
TICKETS. Panel admission, $40, which is doors at 6:45 for the presentations only. No bar hour and no introduction made for you in advance. General Admission $250, which is the full evening from 6 PM, the bar hour included, and the matching. Featured VIP, $500, which adds the 5 PM gathering, priority seating, and your minute on the microphone, three minutes if you are an office. UHNW, free for those who qualify.
Dinner is ordered at your table from the kitchen and is not included in any ticket.
