I help individuals, teams, and communities transform how they relate, decide, and act together in complex times. Through embodied, justice-rooted facilitation, I support groups in redistributing power, aligning action with values, and creating the cultures they want to live in, starting now.
My mission is to cultivate facilitation as a tool for collective transformation. I aim to support individuals and groups in building transparent, inclusive, and process-driven cultures that are regenerative, just, and community-rooted. Clients for courses and my facilitation mentorship programmes include (aspiring) facilitators, educators, activists, cooperatives and grassroot organizations, and youth workers looking to deepen their practice. Target sectors for consultation and in-house workshops: social movements, NGOs, educational institutions, and intentional communities focused on social justice, regeneration and prefiguration
Moving Mindsets addresses systemic exclusion, burnout, and disconnection within groups and organizations. Through inclusive facilitation and community-based learning, we aim to: - Foster equitable, participatory decision-making in value-driven organizations - Support mental and emotional resilience for changemakers and community leaders - Empower facilitators to navigate polarization and complexity with courage and care - Build the collective capacity of movements and grassroots groups to model the futures they seek - Advance regenerative, post-capitalist, and justice-oriented organizational cultures
