I'm looking for 5 small teams on HubSpot to beta test Portal Audit, a free health check that gives you a scored report and a prioritized fix plan without changing anything in your portal. It's built for teams without a HubSpot admin or RevOps person, where duplicate-looking properties, stale pipeline stages and inactive users who still hold super admin tend to go unnoticed. It reviews your data model, pipelines, key-field completeness (counts only), users and access, lists, forms, emails, workflows (where your plan includes them), and security and limits. It never creates, changes or deletes anything, doesn't copy your contact, company or deal records, and doesn't send emails or change settings. Beta testers get their report within 3 business days of installing, and I'd ask for honest feedback in return. Apply at audit.thejonmartin.com.
