When an introduction turns into business

• Referral fee on paid work: 15% of the work. Recorded, not charged. Paid by: The side that gets paid. Your first introduction is free. Private Network members pay half.
• Referral fee on a hire: 15% of first-year salary. Recorded, not charged. Paid by: The employer. The same as a placement on the jobs site.
